Can’t you just taste summer?! All of those sunny summer days at the pool… we cannot wait!

With summer comes all those yummy summer snacks, and drinks. The bummer is, when a lot of us are focusing on our health, we cut alcohol and some just avoid it altogether. We definitely won’t lie… sometimes a little margarita by the pool is hard to resist.

That is why we are sharing this Avocado Margarita Mocktail recipe with you all! Even while you are on your health journey, you should be able to treat yourself and get some health benefits.

Avocados are magical little guys that offer a ton of benefits! They are widely seen as one of the healthiest foods, and are classified as a superfood. Superfoods are foods that are nutrient-dense and offer some kind of health benefits.

With Avocados, they are high in fiber, potassium, “good fats” and Vitamin K.

Avocados being 71% monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated Fats are known to block plaque build-ups in arteries more effectively than other diets. Especially compared to diets high in carbs that spike insulin.

Avocados are also very high in fiber! Fiber is a powerful little nutrient that provides a lot of digestive benefits. We have several blogs all about the benefits of fiber, and what the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber is, so if you want more info definitely check them out.

The mocktail recipe is listed below, you can absolutely make this with a zero-proof tequila or totally skip the liquor substitute. Let us know if you try this recipe and if you love it!
