Phase 3! What an incredible accomplishment!
If you have been doing the ReLivFit Program, or are just gathering information about each Phase before you commit, you will know Phase 1 is all about making big changes and seeing big results. Phase 2 is about locking in the loss and Phase 3 (the most fun phase) is all about Living and Loving Life!
The purpose of the ReLivFit Program is to help you build sustainable habits that support your overall wellness and long-term success. You’ve done the work, now it’s time to confidently move forward and enjoy your life with the tools you’ve gained!
As we said, Phase 3 is all about living and loving your life. And yes… that means flexibility!
You and your ReLivFit coach will work together to create a personalized plan to begin reintroducing your favorite foods in a balanced, mindful way. Think dessert. Think pasta. Think bread. The goal is learning how to incorporate the foods you love while maintaining the healthy habits you’ve built.
Working with your coach helps ensure you’re intentional about how you reintroduce foods and how they fit into your overall routine. Everyone’s body and preferences are different, so this phase is about discovering what works best for you and making adjustments as needed.
The main goal of Phase 3 is simple: live your life.
Enjoy the progress you’ve made in the first two phases. Spend time doing what you love. Continue practicing the habits that help you feel your best and most confident.
We are so proud of you and the commitment you’ve made to yourself. Remember, results vary from person to person, and long-term success comes from consistency and sustainable lifestyle choices.
