RELIVFIT PHASE 2

Written by Reliv | February 26, 2026

Congratulations to everyone who has successfully completed ReLivFit® Phase 1!

That is no small accomplishment! It takes consistency, commitment, and discipline, and we’re incredibly proud of you.

Completing Phase 1 means you’re ready to move into Phase 2 of the ReLivFit® Program 👏

While Phase 1 focused on supporting changes in body composition, Phase 2 is designed to help you transition into maintenance and begin reintroducing a wider variety of foods and lifestyle habits. This phase is all about learning how your body responds so you can build sustainable routines that support your progress long term.

In Phase 2, continued weight loss is no longer the primary focus and that’s a good thing! Instead, the goal is to stabilize your weight, support consistency, and help you better understand what works best for your body.

What does Phase 2 look like?

During Phase 2, you’ll gradually increase calories and reintroduce a broader range of foods, including healthy fats and oils, fruits, vegetables, a variety of protein sources, and select complex carbohydrates.

This process is intentionally gradual. As foods are reintroduced, you’ll have the opportunity to observe how your body responds. Everyone’s experience is different, and this phase is designed to help you identify patterns that support your individual goals.

There may be a learning curve, and that’s completely normal. That’s why you’ll continue to have access to your coach and the ReLivFit® support community throughout this phase.

Phase 2 is about building awareness, consistency, and habits that support a healthy lifestyle beyond the program.

While we don’t want to give away all of the details of Phase 2, we’re excited for you to continue your ReLivFit® journey and take this next step forward.

If you haven’t already, be sure to join the ReLivFit® Facebook group and keep an eye on our blog and social channels for recipes, tips, and ongoing support.

Great work — you’ve earned this next phase!
