GOAL SETTING ALL YEAR

We are officially knee-deep in 2025! Whew, is that crazy to anyone else? Truly, we cannot get over it! 

With the start of a new year, there is a lot of pressure put on everyone. 

It gets EXHAUSTING to hear “New Year, New Me!” and the list of New Year’s Resolutions taunting you at the beginning of the year. 

It is a lot at once, and it can be overwhelming. That is one of the reasons that a lot of New Year’s goals and resolutions don’t get accomplished. 

We are here to remind you- it doesn’t have to be the start of a new year for you to set and achieve new goals. 

Setting new goals can happen at any time, and can be achieved all year long. 

If you are down on yourself about not sticking to the goals you set on January 1, that is ok! You absolutely do not have to be perfect, and you don’t need to be discouraged.

Every time you misstep or veer off the path to your goals, think about what you did and what you should be doing differently the next time you go for that goal. 

Let’s say your goal is to lose weight. 

Did you get fast food for lunch? Why?

When you veer back to the path, set yourself up for success by meal prepping your lunches. 

Write your goals down and put them where you can see them every day.  

Then, when you start again or set your new goals… just try and be a little bit better than you were the day before! Eventually, all of these little things become rituals and create big changes. 

Create an achievable plan with small goals inside the big one. And, celebrate every accomplishment on the path to the big one.
